2. Refund Policy for Digital Products
AI Prescription Saathi offers digital products and services, including but not limited to scan credits, premium features, and other in-app purchases. In accordance with standard practices for digital products and services:
All sales of digital products are final. We do not provide refunds for any digital products or services purchased through the AI Prescription Saathi app, including:
- Scan credits or tokens purchased
- One-time purchases of premium features
- Any other digital products or in-app purchases
This no-refund policy applies to all purchases made through our Digital Payment Partner payment gateway and is in line with standard industry practices for digital goods and services. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered to your account, it cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Cancellation Policy
Since all purchases in AI Prescription Saathi are for digital products (one-time scan credits and purchases), cancellations are not applicable. Once a purchase has been completed and the digital product has been added to your account, the transaction cannot be cancelled.

All payment transactions are processed through our Digital Payment Partner. By making a purchase, you agree to our Digital Payment Partner's terms and conditions, privacy policy, and refund policies, which govern the payment processing aspect of your transaction.

We are not responsible for our Digital Payment Partner's policies or practices, but we work with our Digital Payment Partner to ensure secure payment processing.
